Last week Room 11 had an A-Z challenge as part of their distance learning.
(Mothers note) Massive Endgame spoilers ahead if you haven’t seen it lol
A- Avengers. The avengers are a group of superheros that defend earth,
The first avengers comic was in 1963.
B- Bruce Banner is a smart scientist he did an experiment to become strong like
captain america, the radiation turned him into the Hulk
C- Captain America is a super soldier who got frozen in ice in 1945 and fought in
world war2 he got woken up in 2011
D- Deadpool is a vigilante who talks a lot and is really funny, my mum wont let me
watch the movie
E- Enchantress is one of Thor's greatest enemies. Her real name is Amora and s
he's only in cartoons and comics.
F- Fantastic Four they have superpower from cosmic rays during a scientific
mission to outer space
G- Gamora is Thanos’s adopted daughter he kidnapped her from her mother and
then she becomes good and he kills her
H- Hawkeye is a marksman and used to be a special agent of S.H.I.E.L.D his
best friend is Black Widow.
I- Ironman’s real name man is Tony Stark he created the suit because he was
attacked and had metal in his heart. Hes a genius and very rich because he
invents and sells weapons. He died in endgame saving the planet from Thanos.
Me and my mum cried a lot hes our favourite character.
J- Jarvis used to be a super computer made by Tony Stark and with the help of
the mind stone he became Vision. Thanos wanted the mind stone so he killed
him
K- Korg is a rock alien who helps Thor in Ragnarok. He is voiced by a man named
Taika who is a New Zealand Maori and talks in a Maori accent. Hes a really cool
character because he plays fortnite in one of the movies
L- Loki is Thor’s brother and hes a bit naughty. He likes to cause trouble for thor
and his father. He pretends to die a few times but always comes back. He died in
infinity war and we hoped he would come back but he doesnt
M- Morgan Stark is Ironmans daughter. She was only 5 when her dad died and
she says a bad word in the movie. She likes cheeseburgers like her dad.
N- Natasha Romanoff is a spy who worked for S.H.I.E.L.D and Hawkeye is her
best friend. She had a bad childhood because she was forced to be a mercenary.
She has a good heart and sacrifices herself to beat Thanos
O- Odin is the norse god and is Thor and Lokis dad. He had a daughter called
Hela that Thor and Loki didnt know about. Shes evil
P- Peter Parker is Spiderman. My favourite actor for spiderman is Tom Holland.
In the movies Tony Stark is Peter’s mentor and they are like family. When Peter
gets snapped Tony cried a lot and when Ironman died Peter cried a lot. Stan Lee
created spiderman and said he was the character he was most proud of and there
are lots of stories of spiderman.
Q- Quicksilver is Magnetos son and has the power of super speed. In X-men he is
really funny and has a twin sister called Wanda.
R- Rocket Raccoon is part of the guardians of the galaxy. His best friend is Groot
but when Groot gets hurt and becomes a baby again Rocket looks after him like a
son
S- Scarlet Witch is the twin sister of Quicksilver and Magnetos daughter in x-men.
She also becomes a member of the Avengers and helps to destroy Thanos
.
T- Thanos, Thor, t’challa. Thanos was from a dead planet named titan. His wife
and daughter died because their planet ran out of resources so he decided the
universe needed to lose half of all life. He found all 6 infinity stones and
completed his mission but killed his daughter and some of the avengers. But the
avengers went back in time and hulk brought everyone back and iron man used
the infitinty stones to kill thanos.
Thor is the norse god of thunder. My mum says shes going to marry him one day.
He has a magic hammer called mjolnir. He is hundreds of years old. He hates
thanos very much and kills him but after he kills him he gets very upset and fat.
T’challa is the king of wakanda and is also the black panther. Hes very powerful
and is a good fighter.
U- ultron was created by bruce banner and tony stark using the mind stone. They
made him as a defense for the planet but he turned bad.
V- valkyrie, venom, vision
Valkyrie was a warrior for odin and there used to be lots of them until odins
daughter hela tried to take other the universe. Her and thor are best friends and
he lets her become the queen of asgard.
Venom is an alien that looks like spiderman. He can take over peoples bodies and
can use their powers. He is a bad guy
Vision used to be a super computer called jarvis but the mindstone let him come
to life. He has telepathic powers and can walk through walls, shoot lasers and fly.
He fell in love with wanda also known as scarlet witch. She tried to save him but
he dies in her arms.
W- war machine, wolverine
War machine is part of the avengers and his real name is Rhodie. He is one of
iron mans best friend. He gets shot out of the sky by falcon and loses the ability to
walk so Tony makes him bionic legs.
Wolverine is a member of X-men. He is a mutant that can heal fast and has claws
from his bones that tear out of his muscles. There was a man named striker who
found a very strong metal and infused it to wolverines bones.
X- x-men are a group of mutants that all have different powers. Professor X
created a school for them as a safe space for mutant kids and they can learn to
use their powers for good. There are lots of different characters and stories and
comic’s.
Y- young x-men this is the new generation of xmen because there was a virus that
wiped out all of the originals. They were created in a lab using dna from the
original mutants and wolverines daughter is with them.
Z- zodiac. there are twelve members of the human zodiac.it was the name given
to different groups of fictional characters in comics published by marvel comics
